How did we get here?

This audio course was born out of a gap I saw in the ways I was serving high school counselors.

I had a lot of resources available to help get the job, lots of "one off" resources to use every day, and even a membership for long-term professional learning and support... but nothing for that moment when you get the job.  

I love podcasting over on High School Counseling Conversations, and I knew an audio course would be the right solution for busy high school counselors.
